He began his legal career as a law clerk before moving into civil and commercial litigation, where he quickly built a reputation for strong courtroom advocacy. He later spent more than eight years as a Trial Attorney for a major insurance carrier, handling complex claims, defending lawsuits, and developing a deep understanding of how insurers evaluate and fight cases.
Joseph went on to represent major retail companies in high-exposure litigation before making a deliberate shift to plaintiff-side personal injury law. Today, he uses that insider knowledge to help injured clients level the playing field.
