Caterina Saile is a seasoned trial attorney who brings serious firepower to every case she handles. With more than two decades of high-stakes courtroom experience, she knows exactly how to build cases, and how to break down the opposition.

A former prosecutor, Caterina has tried countless jury trials, including homicide and complex criminal cases. She built her reputation inside the Delaware Department of Justice, where she handled major investigations and rose into leadership, ultimately serving as Unit Head of the Violent Criminal Enterprises Unit. There, she led large-scale wiretap and gang prosecutions and worked alongside federal agencies like the DEA and FBI.

After transitioning into private practice, she became Managing Partner at Saile & Saile LLP, where she led the firm’s criminal defense practice before bringing her litigation edge to Cordisco & Saile.

Today, Caterina focuses on personal injury cases, using her prosecutorial background to out-strategize insurance companies and corporate defendants. She understands how cases are investigated, valued, and fought, and she uses that insider knowledge to push for maximum results for her clients.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and political science from the University of Delaware and her law degree from Widener University School of Law, where she was selected for the Moe Levine Trial Advocacy Honor Society and served on the Widener Law Review.

Outside the courtroom, Caterina is a dedicated wife and mother of three, often found supporting her sons at wrestling matches and sporting events, traveling, or spending time with her family.
